Never mind its only money.
How you doing lass, all ready for xmas ? xx
I'm the same, at the end of the day it's the least we can do for them. We went through hell when our cat got run over, cost an absolute fortune for her treatment. Sadly she didn't make it but we had to give her the chance and we swore we'd do it again. Thankfully the vet was fantastic and allowed us to pay it off monthly, when DH died just over a year later the vet cleared the last few hundred off the bill. I'd been with the same vet with various cats from I was about 5yrs old so he knew us well.
I'm doing ok, Xmas sorted, everything's wrapped except the bike that's just arrived for my dad.
I'm just back from delivering some items, thank goodness I'm not one of those silly people sitting in traffic trying to get into the city centre.
Was waiting in on lady from freecycle but she's just cancelled so going to enjoy a few hours of peace then going to mum and dad's to wrap presents for my dad, he's rubbish at it :rotfl:
Hope you're sorted and have a great Xmas xxSPC #329 £471/£500 banked
SPC 2014 £1100:D

Bubbs - sorry, only just caught up from last night! No, I've never been to r/den asda, why?
Was at eye clinic this morning with DS, appointment was supposed to be 9.30, but was't seen until gone 10.30, was very busy their (Milton Keynes Hospital). Never mind, he has been discharged so thats good.
This afternoon he has orthodontist, so fun day for him! He had eye drops put in this morning so they could measure the pressure, they turned his eyes and all around yellow, so he looked a bit odd! :rotfl:
Asda shop turned up last night, was a bit worried after Jelly's got cancelled as mine was using a couple of large APG's from udis, but all fine. My nice cheeses were all out of stock though, so going to pop in on way back from orthodontist as love cheese.0 -
Good morning Elite. Not done any glitchy shopping over the past week or so but been trying to keep up with your ups and downs. Had our landing laminated yesterday and it does look lovely :j I got 2 packs off fleabay for a fiver including underlay but when I measured I needed an extra pack and had to go to the shop and buy it for £25
Still, would have cost £75 plus a tenner for underlay and actually cost £30 so can't complain. Son in law is a joiner so he fitted it for us for the price of his Christmas dinner :rotfl:
Speaking of Christmas dinner.....I am planning on buying the turkey on Christmas Eve  I have all the closing times noted and am planning a run around to find a reduced turkey - not sure I can hold my nerve though as I can feel it wavering as I type
Have any of you ever managed to get a reduced turkey on xmas eve??
tia
The wife has never let me "risk" it....but last xmas eve every trolley in Waities seemed to have a heavily reduced turkey in itApparently, everybody knows that the bird is [strike]the word[/strike] a moorhen0 -
Yes! Just got a bespoke Amazon voucher. Does anyone know if you can get more on other batch releases during the same day per account or do you have to wait for another day if it carries on?0

Yes because each release is classed as a new offerApparently, everybody knows that the bird is [strike]the word[/strike] a moorhen0 -
Yes because each release is classed as a new offer
BUT - I have not managed to get any existing payment cards to work (even when used on previous deals - including my Amex so not confined to 3V) and had to add a new payment card for each offer.
Just managed to get a couple for me and Mrs Anon so not sure how much longer I can play as lots to do.
