    Well I have been wrapping today and decided I have enough for next Christmas as well as this one. :eek::eek::eek:

    On the way down the stairs remembered I have hidden a few things in the drawers there that I have not wrapped. :doh: Nowhere near finished but I have to be devious locating things when no one is looking. ;)

    Talking of my virtual post-it's I had to 'live chat' with Lancôme tonight. Hate 'live chat' but that was the only option. I made an order on Monday and I've had no dispatch email and as far as I can see no money has come out of my account. I pasted the chat onto a post-it. Bear in mind I selected shipping/delivery as the subject of my chat :cool:

    Celesta: Good evening I am Celesta. How can I help you today?
    Me: I am concerned about an order I placed on Monday 15th. I haven't received a dispatch email and as far as I can see the money for the order hasn't been taken from my bank account. The order no. is xxxxxxxxx
    Celesta: I'm sorry I don't have access to that information. You
    would need to ring our helpline on (phone number) Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm. I can offer you advice on skin care or make up however
    Me: No thank you, I will ring the helpline on Monday. Thank you for your time.
    Celesta: Have you seen our new Juicy Tubes selection pack?
    Me: No but I would have done if I'd received my order
    Celesta: I see. Would you like skin care advice?

    Evening All

    My SIL broke her leg last week and had to have plates and pins put in. Gave her a purple plaster cast after the op, for which she was awake with an epidural :eek:
    Had to get stitches out today and they have given her a Christmas cast - red with glitter in it :rotfl:

    Aww your poor sis :( it's good they can give her cast a festive look though :D it's got to help

    I don't know if Amazon sell any other vouchers? I shouldnt be so peed. I use Amazon a lot so it will get used. It's just the fact that I WANTED to buy my Amazon gift vouchers with them
