  • Morning :)
Something unexpected happened which made me smile and still continues to make me smile.

  • Good morning all, seems to have stopped raining here now.

Good to see some friendly banter on the nightshift, though I did only have a quick skim back.

Have to do the mince pies and cheese straws today. I thought I would be able to cut down on those with no kids at home now but I have been asked to take some of my cheese straws with me when we visit, seems they are rather popular :D

Off early to go with my friend to Telford Hospital to get the pins removed from her DDs broken arm (the bunk bed incident)

    Please can QUIZ be posted

    Many thanks ♥

Aww, I remember my DS2 having that done, my god the pain he was in, having to have them removed, was truly awful, I hope she has a high pain threshold and not squemish at all.
  • Morning all.

I was planning my first choccy raid this morning as I believe my local finally has some stock, however just a word of caution to any other like minded people today, this is what I see on msm. Be careful out there..

I got some Thorntons and Dairy box the other night and may pop to get some more today. Is it only the thorntons that give a good return??
Stressfull day yesterday. Left work for lunch and DD called in a panic. She went to hairdresser and left her little dog at home. While she was out she ate xmas decs, xmas cards and 1/2 packet chewing gum ( that was on kitchen table!!). She looked it up on internet and cause it contained Xylitol it was very dangerous to dogs. So 1 hour spent in vets with DD in tears and poor little dog had a jab to make her sick, charcoal and had to have sugar water every hour till 1.00 a.m. So oh and I spent most of even ing with her and dog seems fine. However it can cause liver damage so she is on some tablets aswell. Apparently Xylitol is in lots of low calorie sweet things so its worth being careful about.
