You do know that income includes any govenment payments or benefits as well ??
If not a slight increase is acceptable, they can't check ........pm me if you want more info.

Out of interest, why do they ask for the name and address of your employer? I have put my own office address previously to see what would happen and have not been contacted - could they cintact HR as I suspect work would not be obliged to provide salary details anyway (and employer does not appear on the credit report, unless I have missed it?).

    Just curious.

    Thanks

    Hi Anon,
No you can't use gift cards to buy gift cards in Argos, I tried last week, but you can use Marks and Spencers gift vouchers to buy vouchers for Marks and Spencer. Handy for those that have the gift cards from changing banks.

What is the benefit of buying M&S vouchers with M&S giftcards please, as still need spending in M&S unless I am missing something obvious?

    Many thanks

For Amex, we have various including Nectar and Barclaycard - then add supplementary cards too as you then can double up on many offers :). I add Mrs Anon, "Mrs Anon" adds me ... four cards instead of two ;).

Good for rotating offers (e.g. Gold) when the fee free period ends - then go back when over 6 months have elapsed to be classed as a new customer again. TCB/QC generally have good cashback deals too on Amex (up as much as £100 if I recall correctly).

Now I have a proper crisis on hand. My hair app is not until the 22nd so I got my OH to put one of my stop gap boxes on last night - Loreal paris sublime mousse - it was a reduced one from superdrug.

he huffed and puffed a bit, said he did not like the mousse ones at all - my OH is quite proficient. I put the hair up in a bun afterwards, not taken it out yet but its obvious that it has not taken at all and the re growth is clearly showing, its not taken one bit at all

so it looks like I've got to find something else in superdrug this afternoon - posh do tomorrow and we are playing hairdressers again tonight
I tested a coloured spray for stop gap...was really dubious but its great....light brown is mid brown though.
Small puffs along the hairline and spray around the crown and it looks totally natural.
Think its loreal but at least it saves keep colouring as mine has to be done every four weeks tops.
I also found the mousse ones a right pain, all drippy and didn't take well.
Hope you get on ok with it XXX
