Sorry, I cant help, but could you tell me what gift vouchers they do please, as I cant find any online. TIA

Argos, Boots, M&S, Visa Prepaid and Amex prepaid (£3.95 fee on £50 card) and lots of others ... I was tempted to take the hit on the £3.95 fee on visa then keep for the sales or pay in to Ns&i (if I can work it out) ... Or buy Argos for now (has anyone managed to use Argos gift cards to buy other gift cards in the past please?

Could this prepaid amex card be registered for £25 back on a £50 spend?

Right, FC should have warmed the bed up enough, time for me to retire for the night. Evening all.

  • Evening all, just a quickie from me ;)

I nipped into Ts to stock up on baking ingredients for tomorrow and they had the Lurpak baking tin with the 2 packs of butter reduced to £3 in my store. There's also a coupon in the pack for £1 off anything in the Lurpak cooks range (cooking spray, tub of butter, clarified butter and something else I can't remember at the moment) which happens to be reduced to £2 at the moment. For the tin alone it's pretty good value. I think I looked like a nutter though stocking up on 1.5kg of butter :rotfl:

    Hope you're all well :)

You could buy 4 of the tin sets, use a £3 off wys £12 on dairy moc and use 4 of the mocs in the tin.
8 packs of butter, 4 baking tins for £5 :D

I can confirm this works :)

Yes I would think so as just a giftcard on the till? £21.05 profit - can get Amex refunded or Visa paid into NS&I and possibly not as restricted. Obviously Argos or other no fee cards are £25 profit but your money is tied up (unless putting back towards a bigger purchase as paying on giftcard first, you can pay the balance from another card :).

Asos thing out of stock for me, thought this might be the first O2 gift I have got too, oh well.

It seems to have ended very quickly. Totally under estimated how many people would claim as ended in under 2 hours and meant to last 24 hours. Very rare I find something useful.

From when they did the 25% off gift cards a while back I remember Next, Debenhams, Boots, Starbucks and I think pizza hut. Know there are more than this.

I meant, could you buy a £50 prepaid Amex using your regular Amex to claim £25 cashback and then use that £50 prepaid amex to buy something else (maybe a Boots giftcard) and get another £25 credit?

Would the prepaid cards allow statement credits to go back on them?
