cant see how you could have been charged if it was not activated at Tesco. also how did you get as far as trying to spend, you should have seen something was wrong when you tried to get the card number at 3v site.
so assuming you was charged, it must be the setting up at the 3v site that is at fault.
im trying to help, so the 1st thing to do is look at your cards on the 3v site

Yes and also check you be typed the right number in in the first place. This has happened to me before now but realised when the part for you to add the security code didn t come up.:)

When my parents used to say this to me as a child I never understood it.

  • I have done 2 order this week and ticked no subs for the udi's, and both times haven't received them.
How many shops are people doing per week (obviously within the 10 receipts/£100 limit)? I would normally spread out over the month, but as I'm so late coming to this I'm wondering whether to do one more in order that I get the online APG into my account Tuesday, then will have a nice amount to do a big Christmas shop with? However, not sure if 3 in one week is pushing my luck?
I was wondering the same thing, and whether to order again for C&C tomorrow; but at the moment have decided against it ... may leave it till Monday.
