Tax credits suspended due to returned post

Hi all!

So my WTC and CTC were meant to go in on Tuesday but they never. I rang them and they said its due to them receiving some undelivered mail. I confirmed that I'm still at the address etc and asked when I'll receive my payments. The advisor couldn't give me any sort of time frame :( not great when it's my little boys 1st birthday next week and obviously Christmas the week after.

Just wondering if anyone else has had the same issue and how long it took? Panicking just a little...

    This happened to us and I think it took about 3/4 weeks to sort out.

    It might be worth calling Child Benefit too as they stopped that as well when our post was returned x
