Confused Spybot question

A couple of weeks ago, Spybot updates were producing a false positive identification of Smitfraud-C.
I got rid of them (via system restore) and have since downloaded new updates and run clean scans.
Can/should I now re-install the problematic downloads?

I'm not sure which problematic downloads you're referring to?
I reported the problem to Spybot:
http://forums.spybot.info/showthread.php?t=15939
and the error proved to be with their detection database. So while the earlier faulty database showed I had 'Smitfraud-C', the current database does not.Stompa0
