Can't contact Asda about evouchers!?

I don't normally rant, but I'm really sorry today I feel the need.
On the 6th December I ordered an Xbox One from Asda Direct online, for quite a bargain price of £299. The box was damaged. However, that was the big Christmas gift sorted.
A few days later (they'd taken the money). I got an email saying they couldn't fill the order as they didn't have the stock, and would refund in 3-5 days. Plus for my troubles they'd send a £25 e-voucher.
I was a bit annoyed, but OK, a £25 voucher is better than nothing, but still no xbox. Waited another 24 hours for the evoucher. Which arrived and so did the refund.
Great, off to buy another Xbox, go to Asda online, only to find it doesn't recognise the voucher code
So I ring customer services, to be told they don't deal with the voucher codes, it was issued by head office so I have to email and someone will call me back.
There's no email address as such on the site, just a contact form, which I used. Have I had a call back? No!
So I thought there must be another way, go to their facebook page - the contact section takes you back to the website. Tried twitter, that doesn't even go to twitter, just opens the asda site in another window.
I'm seriously discusted that for such a large company there is almost no way to contact them, and when you do you get fobbed off!!
Can anyone point me in the right direction to get this sorted? I'd really like to order using that lovely voucher that they kindly sent me as an appology for their mistake in time for Christmas.
Many thanks

Ask customer services for the email address of which they advised.0 -
