How to set up a wireless connection for a tablet

The OH has bought an ASUS T100 tablet, and we want to set it up on the BT Home Hub as a wireless connection.
I set up the router as a non wireless connection a couple of years ago, when our internet useage (as monitored by BT) was getting silly, and since then it has been a lot lower.
I have forgotten how to set it to wireless (temporarily) in order that my OH can use her tablet when I am on the net.
So, I wondered if anyone could tell me how to do it.

As mine is a home hub 3, is it possible that it will be incompatible with the tablet?0 -
As we intend to use the tablet out and about, would I be able to set it up using some kind of password or key when I get in a WiFi zone?0

Yes, but you will need the relevant username/password for whatever access point you are connecting to.As we intend to use the tablet out and about, would I be able to set it up using some kind of password or key when I get in a WiFi zone?Understeer is when you hit a wall with the front of your car
Oversteer is when you hit a wall with the back of your car
Horsepower is how fast your car hits the wall
Torque is how far your car sends the wall across the field once you've hit it0 -
'incompatible' well, since you've turned the WiFi off, you'll need to control it using an ethernet cable. Which your tablet won't connect to, you'll need a 'real' computer. OR you'll be able to reset the router (hold in a tiny button at the back?), and it'll go back to defaults, with the WiFi network back on again.0
