Anyones elses PIP payment not been made on the right date?

Hi everyone
My hubby finally got his PIP award decision overturned and was awarded the enhanced rate for both components starting from the 8th Oct. (originally he was awarded the standard rate mobility and no daily living)
He has a mobility car from DLA day so we were expecting just the daily living component payment in our account on the 4th Nov (4 weeks from the award date) but it wasn't. Thinking we had got the dates wrong I rang and spoke to someone who said yes it should have been in but there had been a security alert in the system and alot of peoples payments had been stopped. They had however been manually reissued the next day and his payment should be in on the Weds 5th which it was. She said yes the next payment would be in on the 2nd Dec.
So we went last Tues the 2nd Dec (4 weeks on again) expecting the next one to be in but it wasn't. Rang again and was told it hadn't been issued and she thought it was something to do with the problem they had the month before but she would put it through to be paid the next day. Kept checking but no money so rang again on Monday to be told it wasn't due until the 16th! Er no it was paid on the 2nd last time. Oh yes she said...right well i'm not sure whats going on but it still hasn't been issued, i'll get someone to investigate, call you back and explain within 3-5 days. Rang again today and told its still not be issued but it is now with the case manager who should be calling back soon but they are running behind on the call backs so can't be sure when it'll be!!!:mad::mad::mad:
Of course hubby is doing his nut in thinking that they've changed they're mind and taken it off him (he does have paranoia).
Has anyone else had this? Or even aware of this happening and what been the result? I did apply and was awarded care allowance which has been paid no problems for the last 2 Mondays....could that have affected it? However the DWP knows nothing of this award and so paid him his full amount on Wednesday so something somewhere hasn't been done properly as I know the care allowance is taken off ESA.
Does anyone know how long it takes to reach a post office account after they issue it? I have been told by some at PIP that its there the next working day and by others it can take 10 days to reach it.
We are getting increasingly frustrated as its not a little amount of money and we are now worried what if it doesn't get sorted before Christmas? We have the bills coming in and presents etc to buy and really do need the cash but there's nothing we can do but wait for some higher authority to call us which could be Lord knows how long! I am wondering if somehow the payment dates have got mixed up and the system thinks we are due to be paid on the 16th but then of course we'll be 2 weeks short!!
18 months of stress, fear and worry getting the damn award sorted properly in the first place only to the get this!!!!!!!!!!
