Recently i bought Polycell Sealant Strip For Kitchen & Bathrooms from Robert Dyas for £9.99 to fix the work top and wall gap.
http://www.robertdyas.co.uk/polycell-sealant-bath-kit-38mm
It was ok for a week, now it starts coming out 50% of the places and leaves some sealent behind the work top and wall. If i takes it off then kitchen will look ugly.
I am not sure do i need to take it off fully and ask for a refund, will they refund me.
What are the best options to sort out this.

Inform the shop, say it is not of satisfactory quality and you want a refund.
Ask them if they want you take the item back in to them or not.
Is the gap not so big that you can just fill it with tile grout?0 -
You need silicone sealant.....but it must be clean &dry.0

Were the surfaces not only clean & dry but also GREASE free? Can't blame the product if the prep was rubbish.....0

i tried some years ago, waste of time, silicone sealant does a better job0

Silicone Sealant is surprisingly easy to install, I'd be surprised if it was not actually easier to install than those strips you bought. It's will certainly do a better job0

I've not had much success with the strips (despite following instructions...) and have resorted to silicone sealant.
Might be difficult to prove why it failed to the shop so I wouldn't hold your breath for a refund0 -
you can get a handy tool that makes it a doddle to apply sealant,

Thanks all for help, I spoke to customer service, they said since they didn't install it's not their fault and i need bring it back to the shop. There are some places still sticks i don't want to remove it all and keep it for sometime until find a other way of doing it.0
