Newbie got a parking fine

Hello
I have browsed this forum for a number of years, but never registered, so this is my first post.
I parked my car for 30 minutes on private land where only "Permit holders" were allowed(I know it was wrong of me to do that, I am sorry). I came back to find a "fine" on my windscreen from a private parking company.
Now I am really unsure what to appeal and what sort of case will win the appeal.
I was hoping some of you guys would help me out.

I can suggest you read the 'Private Parking Ticket? Newbies PLEASE READ THESE FAQS FIRST!' thread at the top of this forum, because that has the appeal to use once the PPC write to the keeper (not before). All explained in the thread.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
