Boiler pressure valve problem

Hi,
The boiler is Glowworm CXI 30 and pressure dropped to 0.7 Bar, which is below recommended. I was trying to top it up but turning the blue valve clockwise, as per sticker on the boiler, but the valve doesn't turn. It is completely stuck and I can't turn it. Any ideas how to get it moving please?

I would just try it the other way just to make sure you foung it right. They do sometimes snap inside so even though the valve moves it doesnt fill. Not known one to completly seize

It doesn't turn either way. Stuck solid. I was thinking maybe it had to be pushed or pulled first but manual says just turn.

That sounds like what has happened to mine on a glowworm 24 CXI. From googling I get the impression it is quite common. Any idea of likely repair cost? There seem to be widely varying prices for the valve on the net.
