in Credit cards
I bought a set of 3 suitcases before I travelled (received in last month) but they are all scratched over the outer casing and slight damage to the cases. I left one at home and the outer thin plastic is peeling off and slightly scratched. The company I purchased from state not faulty and not acceptable to return.

If you bought them on a credit card, you could pursue a section 75 claim. It may be a drawn out process though.0

Are you sure, the "outer thin plastic" is part of the suit case and not some thin protective plastic film which is intended to be peeled off before first use?0 -
...........They need to have cost more than £100 for S75 to kick in.0
