Im having trouble with Vanquis Bank

I have been with Vanquis bank since September 2014. Everything was fine, I paid before my due date and then in October I had a letter from vanquis saying they are trying to contact me and to call them. so I called them straight away to find my account had been tampered with and they was going to send me a new card within 5 -10 working days. 12 days later no sign of my card so I rang vanquis again for them to say my card had been lost in the post and they will send it again. another 5-10 working days to wait so I rang again 11 days later so have the answer of wait until the end of the week. so rang again to be told my card was never sent in the first place because the security ban was never taken off and I would receive my card by the end of the week. its now been 10 days since I last spoke to anyone and I still haven't had my card! has anyone else had these problems? also what can I do or say to make sure I get my card this year?

I would go elsewhere but I have a poor credit rating and half way through a ccj being cleared off my credit report. Vanquis is the only credit card that will have me. I have been looking most of today.

Complaints are taken through customer services, which I don't want to fobbed off with another story
