Celtic manor management

Hi all

I won't bore you with the details but I am struggling to get Celtic manor in Newport to take ownership of their foul up :mad:

All roads bring me back to their fairly lazy call centre / booking centre so I could do with pitching a bit higher.

Does anybody have any email addresses for an executive?

I'd prefer not to go into details in a public forum but in general terms I was given some false information which the solution according to them is to pay full list price.

They accept the service terrible bla bla but are unable to do anything due to policy.

Could never see what people raved over the Celtic Manor for.

Went there once for a do and the drinks were so expensive that when we had the chance of going again we declined the invite and saved ourselves enough to go away for the weekend lol!

Can't see why the OP is so cagey though - surely it might help someone not to fall into the same trap???
