PCN at Brighton Vantage Point - appeal rejected & referred to IAS

Hi all,
First of all, massive apologies for what is no doubt a thread that has been posted many times before, I'm just feeling so overwhelmed that I'm really struggling to process the vast amount of information at hand here.
To be brief:
- Got a PCN, my parking ticket was in the windscreen but was upside down (all timing info face down)
- Made the mistake of appealing, giving name and address as the driver in the process, as these were both mandatory fields in the company's online appeals form.
- Sent photos of both sides of the ticket in question with matching id numbers on the back (which can be seen in photos taken by "Parking Enforcement")
- Told the appeal was rejected, referred to IAS
- Tried to appeal via IAS, but cannot seem to enter their appeals process as the "Contractual Payment Charge Number" or the vehicle reg is not being recognised on the IAS site...
- Wrote to "Parking Enforcement" to inform them of this issue but no reply.
So I'm really wondering what my next course of action should be? All help is hugely appreciated, thanks!

Email IAS with details and ask what they suggest.0

Is the PPC 'Northwest Parking Enforcement Ltd' - an IPC AOS operator. They seem to operate predominantly in the north west of England, which Is a long way from Brighton.
Or are we talking about 'Parking Enforcement & Security Services' - a BPA AOS operator?
Or just who are you dealing with?
Can you confirm the precise name on your parking charge correspondence from them please? Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

It's Sussex Security Solutions and the OP should now ignore them, and if they get a small claim come back here. DO NOT try to appeal to the IAS. Nope.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Thanks all for the help, apologies for slow response, very busy day at the office (not helping with the stress levels)
Coupon_mad is right, its Sussex Security Solutions, they were operating through a firm simply called "Parking Enforcement".
So I'm on full on ignore mode now. Will wait until the notice to appeal period is up, i'm sure they'll send something else through soon enough.0 -
If you want to poke them, ask for a v.a.t. invoice.

So just to offer an update on this...
I was sent a "Final Notice" just before Christmas. I ignored this, as advised. Haven't heard a thing since.0 -
Could I ask what the outcome of this one was?0

Could I ask what the outcome of this one was?
The outcome is that the OP is ignoring anything and everything they get for the next six years unless they get real court papers.
