Are CC purchases through Paypal classed as 'purchases' or 'cash advances' to the CC provider?

EDIT: Its an invoice sent through Paypal.

Purchases. However, the merchant selling the product pays a higher fee to Paypal than would be the case if you used a debit card. And you probably do not have Section 75 protection.

Yea I've had to pay a little more instead of Bank Transfer and I was aware of the S75.

Just wanted to make sure its treated as a "Purchase".
