Hi all...
Friend of mine has also received a pcn from NTC for parking at their local restaurant on the roadway as the car park was full..
I offered to help as have had issues with NTC where I work, but that was when they were BPA, now they are IPC I'm not sure how to deal with them....is there an IPC template appeal letter (sorry, have looked but can't find one.)
Should they be waiting for the NTK? (it was a ticket on the vehicle), late at night, no entrance signs and signs on the side of road were high up and not lit.
thanks in advance.

Always wait for the NTK unless it is a hire/lease car or one of the PPCs mentioned specifically in the NEWBIES thread where an early appeal is advised.
I'm sure there is info in the NEWBIES thread about IPC members but the thoughts now tend to be ignore and wait for court papers or appeal, get rejected and wait for court papers.
The reason for this is that it appears to be easier to beat an IPC company in real court than at their kangaroo court.
However, I saw a post yesterday that someone over on pepipoo.com has done a template appeal for IPC members. It would be worth having a search on here and on pepipoo as well. The post here was very recent so may still be around.I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister. All my screwdrivers are cordless."You're Safety Is My Primary Concern Dear" - Laks0 -

Thank you, I will have a look on pepipoo as I think they will be happier if an appeal is submitted (she is of a nervous disposition and stressing out big time about it).0

She would NOT be happier if an IAS stage appeal is submitted. It will lose and then she'll want to pay so that would be pointless. We suggest complain to the landowner while awaiting the forst letter, THEN appeal to the PPC but not to IAS.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
