Zenith Collections Advice Please..! 😱

I received PCN from APCOA Parking for a BA02 Dropping off/ Picking up outside of designated parking area at Birmingham Airport on the 31/07/2014 with a charge of £100.
My first letter came from APCOA dated on the 15/08/2014
I then sent a drafted letter from the forum back to APCOA on the 08/09/2014 but received no reply off them. Instead I receivied my first letter off DRP on the 15/10/2014 with a revised charge of £150
I then sent another letter to APCOA and enclosed a copy of my original letter, this was once again ignored by APCOA and I then received a further two letters off DRP on the 30/10/2014 and the 14/11/2014 the last letter offering a reduced charge of £120
I have ignored all letters from DRP, and now I've received a letter from Zenith Collections 'Notice of Debt Recovery Assignment' dated 01/12/2014 and offering me a discounted Settlement of £70.00
So what do I do now, the problem I have is because APCOA never respond to either of my letters I now have no way of appealing to POPLA and my only proof of the letters I have sent are the copies that I have. I've never admitted to being the driver, only the registered owner. Do I carry on ignoring letters from DRP and Zenith..?

you complain to the BPA as per the NEWBIES sticky thread about your appeals being ignored by apcoa
you ignore DRP/ZENITH etc for up to 6 years, or longer, in fact , ad infinitum
apcoa are the ones who issued the fake pcn, so only deal with them
so email the aos at the bpa and give them copies of your appeal and proof of postage etc0 -
Why another thread about DRP?
READ THIS BEFORE YOU START A NEW THREAD ABOUT ROSSENDALES or DEBT RECOVERY PLUS!PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Interestingly the signage at the airport makes no mention of APCOA, having dropped off Mrs Hoohoo recently. You might therefore wish to ask why on earth they sent you a letter in the first place.Dedicated to driving up standards in parking0

DRP/ZENITH are the same company, equivalent to the company who made izal bog paper, use there pulp the same way and post it back to them so they can see how usefull it is.PPCs say its carpark management, BPA say its raising standards..... we all know its just about raking in the revenue. :eek:0

How can you say that these are the same as Izal. Izal made a quality bog roll that in the 60's was ideal for throwing at football matches as it stayed in one piece, could be used as tracing paper and was better than the soft toilet papers because it "scraped off the old" lol.0
