PCN from Highview Parking - Milton Keynes

Hi All, I'm a newbie so thank you for being understanding.
Yesterday I have received by post a charge notice from Highview Parking regarding the overstaying (25 minutes) in the Beacon Retail Park in Milton Keynes.
I've read the thread for the newbies and then continued reading others which left my head spinning and I think I might be over complicating things now, so to clarify:
I should copy the appeal present in the newbie thread (without editing it) add my name and address details and send it to them by email.
After that I will email the shop's customer service which I was visiting at that time and complain to them about this charge notice. I will use my credit card statement as a confirmation of shopping there.

Thank you for all the help.

The clue is in the heading:

PCN from Highview Parking - Milton Keynes

and in the post, which may have been edited since you replied, I guess:

'' in the Beacon Retail Park in Milton Keynes. ''

Yes those are the first steps to getting this cancelled in the end. :)

  • Thank you Coupon-mad :) Both emails were sent. I will keep you posted once I receive replies.
  • I received a PCN from Highview Parking relating to parking at Beacon Retail Park, Milton Keynes. I visit Milton Keynes rarely and have only parked there once before and didn't have to pay. So when I parked there again recently was pretty surprised and annoyed to get the notice. I was Christmas shopping there at TKMax and Boots. The notice implies I was there longer than I should have been although there was nothing obvious there to alert me to the fact that
I could incur a charge, particularly as I did not have to pay before. Can you advise please. Thanks..............

Why is this on Claudius01's thread, which is about his case only? No need to answer here as it's his thread, please just hit 'GO' next to 'FORUM JUMP' on the right, and get to page one and DO NOT START A NEW THREAD! Instead read the NEWBIES thread which already answers your questions about appealing it and winning, and ONLY if still confused, then start a new thread... but not without reading the stickies first please, or we can't help everyone.

The first appeal template does work magic with Highview, UKPC and Parking Eye to name but three!
