refund on credit card?

Hi all.
Need some advice.
I bought my daughter a sweat shirt from the beyonce store.
I paid by my credit card.
I had the confirmation on the screen when my computer crashed.
When I logged back on I had no confirmation email.
I contacted the company by way of a contact form asking for confirmation, heard nothing.
I have heard nothing since despite contacting them several times.
The money has been taken from my credit card, but I have no way of knowing if I will receive the goods.
The company is based in America so no way of contacting them.
What do I do now, how do I cancel the order and get my money back?
Can the credit card company help?

Yes, if the order doesn't turn up. Ignoring the lack of response from them for now, what is the delivery time quoted? The card company may ask you to wait that long.

No foolishly I decided as it was a one off purchase I didn't want an account.
