sony xperia J internet problems

Hello Ive had a sony experia j with a three sim only contract for 2 years but over the last few weeks ive had alot of nil service with calls and mainly internet connections i cant get my email app to work . Its worked fine until then ive tried turning data on and off and turing blue tooh and wifi on and off . It works sometimes but mostly not does anyone have any solutions . Thanks for a reply John

Does it lose connection on wifi or 3/4G or both?

Try another sim card .

yes it seems to wifi didnt work for a while now bluetooth seems to have lost connection as well

Hello not that im aware off turned it on and off wont even call out now its done this before.
