If your parking incident was August and you've had nothing from the PPC until December then they are timed out for invoking keeper liability. They can only pursue the driver, and after such a passage of time the keeper has no recollection of who might have been driving on that day.

The fact that they corked up on copying the VRM plate onto their paperwork is not your problem. But you mustn't talk about this in any correspondence you might enter into with them, as it will be obvious you received the windscreen ticket - but these often disappear from windscreens before the driver gets back to their car!

    Which PPC please?

OK - please edit your post and remove the name of the PPC now, they monitor the forum and are difficult. Please do a forum search on their name, there's similar previous form which will give you some pointers - don't type their name in here again.

Come back with any queries after your search.

I've received a letter with a picture of the ticket on windscreen, it is the lovely N-pi3r group carpark is in a major shop soI don't think they own the land just manage it.
    Oh whoops. N-pi3r. Oh dear.

Luckily they have managed an even bigger whoops! :
a PCN with the wrong reg on it, one letter incorrect, as advised as would appeal anyway we did nothing as it would be hard to trace us. This was in August 2014, well the blooming company have finally tracked us down via the DVLA and now written to us stating that now the 14 days have passed the fine is now £90.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I have done the appeal letter, do I mention in my appeal letter that the
NTK letter was received well over the 56 days stated in your help page.

    thanks

    Yes

That should form the basis of the appeal in this instance - out of time to invoke RK liability under POFA.

I do not want to advertise the other points as read the post the other day and know the circumstances ...

Please use your own wording around.

No GPEOL - No initial loss caused
Lack of locus - still put this in even though it is N****pier

Unfair terms /Inadequate signage text size etc to alert the driver on the date in question

Please contact a regular for assistance with POPLA - although it has to be said that due to a ridiculous swallowing of evidence packs the Assessors are buying their GPEOL statement.
