NRAM refunding again on loans under £25000

I took out a £12k unsecured personal loan with NRAM in June 2006 for a period of 7 years and repaid it early with a bonus from work in 2010. I have moved house since then.
I have read through their website and cant really see clearly what the underlying issue is.
Is someone that has been refunded able to shed any light on why and if so, if I am entitled to the redress?
Thanks a lot.Total Credit Used...=........£9,000 / £52,700
Mortgage..............=........£138,000 , 20 Years left.

Hi, sorry to invade your post but I got in touch with Nram in March about redress. Our 110% mortgage from 2006 was redeemed in 2012 and we had an approx unsecured loan of £18k. We have moved house so I updated my address and am expecting a letter to sign and send back to confirm. The person on phone said we are due redress but can take up to a year! Anyone been through this? Any advice would help as we didn't move until 2013 and had mail forwarding and never received any previous letters. We had to contact them!!0

Hi
I am currently selling my property and had no idea about this 2nd redress until I just logged into the NRAM website. I took out my Together Product in August 2006 with the unsecured loan part under 25k. I received redress in 2013, yet they are telling me that my account has not received any the second time around and I am not sure I understand why that would be the case.
It does not make any sense to me, I have asked them to review and they have raised a case.
Surely I fall into the same category as before?
Let's see how long it takes them to review !0
