Is it fraud? Student bank account

Hello,
I was a student, graduated July 2014. I have a Barclays Student Additions account. In about March I spoke to the bank and asked them what I needed to do about transferring to their Graduate Account.
They told me they'd send me a letter to tell me my account was changing around the summer time (June/July) and that my account would automatically change.
Well it's now December and I'm still on a Student account. Obviously as the overdraft is interest free it'd be nice to keep it as long as possible so I can pay it off, I won't be able to pay it off any time soon as I'm working on credit card debt and my interest free OD is last on my list to pay off.
But my question is, is this fraud? I've just realised I've been sitting here, not a student, with a student account. Now that I'm aware, do I have to contact them? Or is it down to their own negligence they haven't switched my account (as they said they would). I've looked through my details and can't see anything specifying graduating date, but I believe I told them it would originally be June 2013. I then took up an extra year and told them to extend it an extra year and they did, but they haven't done anything more. I've had no letters. I even told my bank manager in April that I was due to graduate as she set up two joint accounts for me and my partner.

What do the T&Cs of your account say? As long as you comply with them, there is nothing wrong. The T&Cs will also state what can happen if you don't comply with them.0

Check your statements if you are paying a £7 monthly fee thewn you will be on the graduate terms
I'm not paying anything per month, and it still says "Student Additions" on the account name.0 -

The terms and conditions don't really say much about either. Though they do have a list of "eligible courses" and obviously "not being a student" isn't on there...
