Internet Explorer Error

Hi Everyone,
My Internet Explorer seems to be crashing at least twice every day. I get an error message saying it has encountered a problem and needs to close and I lose everything I'm doing and have to start it all up again which is very frustrating. The main error message I get is this one:
Internet Explorer has encountered a problem with an add-on and needs to close.
The following add-on was running when the problem occurred:
Add-On Name: Flash9d.ocx
Company Name: Adobe Systems Inc
Description: Adobe Flash Player
Is there anything I can do about this? I'm pretty sure I can't just delete the flash player as I need it for different programs. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Regards
Michelle

You could remove the "flash plugin/active x" via add/remove programs and then reisntall it again from the adobe website. could just be a corrupt install.0

Thanks Millionaire - I did uninstall Flash yesterday and reinstall the newest version from the Adobe website but it still seems to be happening
