I received my refund today (With TSB).
Completed a claim form which TSB received yesterday. So pretty good response time to be fair. Entry showed on my statement as 'Adjustment to account' as opposed to 247electronics so guess they haven't processed refunds as mentioned so best if people start the claim procedure with their bank.
