My plan is pay off all my CC debt and maybe the loan if I can! It is going to be a challenge! But would be worth it! I have sent of SAR letters to a couple of banks regarding old CC's in the hope I have paid some PPI that I can claim back - I know I was paying PPI a good while ago but I have no record of the accounts. I little PPI claim would make a big difference to getting debt free next year!0

I would like us to have at least two of our cards paid off (the smallest two) and also pay off a loan that we got from a family member by Nov 2015 and then make bigger payments on the other cards by December to get a good start for the following year. Fingers crossed.0

Main one, to cut down on grocery shopping. We spend too much some weeks, on stuff we don't need, and need to cut down by about 15% or so. If we can cut down even more, then even better. No debt left now. Saved £111 in our sealed pot last year. And £272.13 this year! Also we have £2300 in savings. :j
SPC #468Target £250 for 2015.

My missus has just landed a fairly well paying job so I'm hoping in 2015 we can really start getting sorted with money. We've got some family debts to pay back first and then we are planning to actually put aside some savings for the first time ever, an emergency fund to start with. Once that is in place we will start on the secured loan we have.
My job is to run the house better, get organised with selling stuff, clearing out all our junk, finding cheaper ways to shop and also growing a lot more of our own food.
After 9 years of running our own business which has allowed us both to be around for our kids early years, it's going to be great to have a fixed salary coming in each month.0 -
