Carole Nash V's Scoot and Commute by Carol Nash

My son's moped insurance renewal has come through. He was insured through Carole Nash and the renewal has gone up quite a bit so been on the price comparisons etc. 2 of the top three quotes are Carole Nash but one has Scoot and Commute in the name. Are they the same company as cannot see any difference? Just dont want to have missed something as want the insurance to be right but there is quite a bit of difference in the price. Any advice greatly accepted.

Ended up with Carole Nash lol. Phoned them and mentioned that I could get the insurance much cheaper as a new customer. Upshot is they knocked £170 off the renewal and I paid there and then.
