Anyone had any luck with Virgin with regard to lowering the BT fee of 3% ?

Not used their BT facility, but have used their promo cheque offer.
0% unti March 2008, capped fee @ £75 - not sure if it is still on, might be worth a look? (depending on your situation of course)
