I don't keep details about myself hidden on this forum, I frequently explain my age, career, financial situation and family.
We should only listen and give respect to those willing to show their hand on this forum. There are too many people here claiming to know it all but are scared to reveal even the tiniest detail about themselves.Peace.0 -

People who paid too much for property, or took out loans based on the "value" of their property, need others, especially those who may buy from them in the future, to share their views on valuation if they are ever to break even, and they also need banks still willing to play the lending game. You can probably guess my opinion on the chances of this working out for property/debt holders in the future?0 -

I suppose it depends what you call old I paid for my house years ago as did most of my friends so it doesn't matter to me. I suppose a few people who bought it the last few years might think that but I think most of them would be young.0 -

As I said earlier to one of the other HPI bots, WHY ARE YOU ON HERE EVERY DAY TRYING TO STAMP DOWN ANY TALK OF A HPC THEN?0 -
They are also here to stamp down any ideas and opinions that go against the current system. They annoymously attempt to discredit, insult and abuse all that say anything against their way of life.
They even go so far to push ideas that they claim will help the housing problems, but they will do the complete opposite.Peace.0 -

I'm here giving my opinion for what it's worth if I was trying to stamp down HPC I wouldn't do it on a forum that on average has less than 20 people viewing it.0 -
