ukpc parking ticket

Hi All
Got a ticket from UKPC the other day. Not parked in bay correctly. I spoke to the guy and explained. I parked over the line as if I hadn't I would not have been able to open my door and get out.

What I really want to know is. Is it enforceable or can I just bin it and forget without getting a court summons or bigger charge?

The answers are all there. Don't make the mistake of thinking you are in any kind of different boat to anyone else with one of these invoices.
