Hi Ive never done this before but had a flight delay (tcx 2545 ) n 1/9/14 from dalaman. The short version is the delay was about 19hours. Filled in the thomas cook website compensation form and they finally got back to me today offering me £150 in vouchers for 2 Adults 1 Child. Does this seem right/fair?

Just had a voucher for £651 re TCX 1016 29/8/12 Gatwick/Larnaca. Rules say they must pay by cash/bank transfer, etc but only by voucher if passenger agrees in writing. Voucher is no good to me so I have asked for "real" payment.0
