can any one help with this as barclays seem to think its ok to not say sorry or reimburse me.
on my business account in my name with my partner surpose to be a signator, they have cleared a cheque for £8000 and may be many more, it has taken me 8 phone calls to get a copy cheque, when i phoned them the fraud dep just siad that i had signed the cheque which i knew i had not and said they would send me the copy cheque which took 8 phone calls to get with the same conversation each time.
i since have managed to get my mandate with the signatures on, it appears that under my name there is a signatue which is not mine but in my partners hand writing but not my partners signature which this cheque was cleared on.
barclays fraud dep have now said they have finished there enquiries
and its not fraud but a mistake by the bank, and thats it not even a sorry.
thanks for reading, any advise much appreciated

If you have a complaint, follow the bank's complaint process
If you are unhappy with the final response from the bank, you can ask the FOS to assist you.
If the bank have made a mistake (which they appear to have accepted) then they should at least put you in a position you would have been in had the mistake never have occurred ... because that is what the FOS will expect them to do if it gets that far.0
