Woolwich to Barclays internet banking

I find on becoming a Barclays customer from Woolwich that I no longer have access to my previous internet banking prior to 23 July. Been with Woolwich for years and used online banking for quite a few years.
Complaints have got me no where as they just say my previous online banking history is deleted and they can't restore it for me online. Interestingly at my local Branch (previously Woolwich branch) they can access my previous statements on screen but I, as a new customer with Barclays, can no longer have access to it. Why do I get an inferior service to existing Barclays customers? ie They would not delete Barclays's customers lonline banking history.
Complained at Branch level and Head Office and all they say is that they have done all they can and the complaint has been resolved. (Not for me as I can no longer have online banking with the complete history I had with the Woolwich!) Has anybody else had this problem? I am voting with my feet moving banks as they refuse to resolve this.
