How Much Interest Will I Earn.....

Hi,

Wondered if I could have some advise. Two and a half years ago I placed 14k in Maxi Isa's (Legal and General via Barclays) and 28k into a distribution bond(?). Both are tied in for 5 years and are risk free.

Any idea how much interest I'll earn when they mature?

Do they not send you yearly statements or valuations?

You probably won't be getting interest, but providing the funds have performed well, they'll be worth more than when you purchased them, so hence when you sell them, you'll make a profit (or hopefully not a loss, just read they are risk free, so you should be ok!)

It depends also how the funds work, if they are just units you've purchased, then as long as you know the amount of units, you can check the value of each unit in a listing such as the FT or on the providers website.

Can't really help directly as I don't know about either fund/bond...

Just curious, I understood that L & Gs charges are very low so why did you buy through Barclays? With regard to the other question I was just going to ask the same as Isofa. I get statements from all my investments, usually twice a year.
