I know you can carry on claiming your credit card charges but if they dont pay, can you still go through the FOS like the bank charges previously or is that route stopped for any type of claim and you have to go to court?

Hi,
Will the Banks be held accountabe for their shameless time-wasting tactics? i.e. not sending out details requested under SAR, often delaying for up to five months(illegal, I think??), and not responding to complaints within reasoneble time limits. Thanks, Lyn x0 -
If the banks apply to suspend court cases what response should we make and what arguments should we use.As I am not the Pope or legally qualified I may be wrong so feel free to get a second opinion from a qualified person0
