Help please

I have today received a parking ticket from Parking eye at stanstead Airport,


Our daughter works there in the duty free dept.. we drop her off when she goes to work.. Unfortunately my husband waited 13 mins for her to return to the car once she had finished work


And now been slapped with 100.00 fine... I am beside myself as I cant pay this and as the car is in my name its me they have contacted


Can anyone shed some light as to what I do now please

1) its not a "fine" , its a speculative invoice , nobody has been "fined"

2) now read the NEWBIES sticky thread at the top of the forum, and follow the advice therein

Sorry I presume I send them the first template letter in the sticky? if you could confirm please

correct

its not about what happened on the day, its about legalities and reasoned or legal arguments

its also about responding within the time periods and then getting it killed off at popla , IF it went that far

do not admit who the driver was , or is , and never infer it, make them jump through hoops

if in doubt just send the template and wait (or copy and paste into the online appeal box)

Follow the good advice from Redx and the other regulars.
Parking Eye now seem to be upholding initial challenges based on MSE inspired appeal letters.

you said in post #1 you have an NTK that came to the RK in the post

the RK fills in the online appeal , using the shortened template from the NEWBIES sticky thread

what happened on the day is not relevant and PE rarely issue parking tickets (windscreen tickets) as they use ANPR

Yes I have a letter from them with pic of my car
