DEAL Court Claim

Hello,

i am after some advice as the staff at CCMCC have not given me reassurance as to the progress of the claim made against me by DEAL.

They confirm they have received my response and sent this out to the claimant (DEAL). They were given a deadline to respond of the 30th December to inform both CCMCC and me of their intended action.

So i rang up CCMCC to find out where i stand now that the deadline has sufficiently passed and neither i nor CCMCC have received any response from DEAL.

The lady from CCMCC informed that i have to wait to see if the claim is "stayed" and she does not know when this will be and neither will the inform me as it happens electronically.

What i do not understand is the deadline of the 30th December has come and gone, no reply has been received why then is the claim still open? I was also informed that the claim can be re-activated by DEAL at any stage?

Surely the whole procedure is more structured than this? It seems that i have just have to sit and wait it out indefinitely?

Any advice/reassurance would be gratefully appreciated.
