I ordered and paid for a gas stove in September and was told it woul take three weeks to deliver. No show, can I cancel the order and get my money back?

You have to tell the shop/store that 'time is now the essence of the contract', and give them a reasonable date by which the stove should be delivered, e.g 31st January 2015. If they haven't delivered it by then, you can then go to your CC provider and ask for a section 75 refund."You were only supposed to blow the bl**dy doors off!!"0
