Looking for a little advice.

I switched my energy through martins energy club on the 20th sept 2014 to sainsbury's energy.only a few weeks later they asked for my meter readings which I provided.

Anyway to cut it short sainsubury's energy have been supplying my gas from the 27th oct and electric 24th oct.

On the 7th november scottish power issued me my final gas bill,.with money owing, but on my electricity estimated.and took direct debit on the 20th november as normal.

Basically i'm still being billed by them now some 10 weeks after switching,as they say they have received no meter readings for my electric and are blaming sainsbury's energy.they owe my £80 for gas,but will not pay it untill my electricy account is closed.Sainsburys say readings was sent when I gave them,I think to the national grid or something.

Is it normal for the switch process to still be ongoing 10 weeks later, with an outlook of another few more weeks yet.scottish power say they are taking DD again on or around the 20th again.

Just cant keep paying 2 lots of DD a month for energy so close to xmas.even if It was to complete now,I doubt I will get a refund before xmas.:(
Dony worry,be happy...
