Old Dorothy Perkins store card - help!

I got a DP storecard at university in 2006, and have still got it, although I haven't used it for years.
It's showing on my Experian credit report under a very old address, so I tried to call DP customer services, and the automated line asked for the card number. I entered it, but it wouldn't accept it and there was no human to speak to.
I have no idea how I close the account so it can be removed from my credit report?
