hi guys looking at buying someone a tablet for Christmas as they said they look good when seeing on an advert but couldn't think which one it was, it was like a laptop but then they moved the screen off it to turn in into just a screen(tablet), while just browsing I noticed there is one at currys which is lenova yoga 10.1" down from £249.99 to £159.99, does anyone know if this is any good or if there would be something better, seems ok price as don't want to pay too much, will be using it for browsing the internet, facebook and we use youtube on the weekend for few hours playing videos while getting ready, we also use are phones so no games will be used?
link for it is http://www.currys.co.uk/gbuk/computi...130005:s#cat-0

That lenovo one doesn't have a keyboard so presumably wasn't the one you saw on the TV.
Do you want one with a removable keyboard?0 -
It's not like the one you described sine it has no keyboard.
If that's what you're looking for, this one is a convertible

That Levovo is the Mk1 version. I've just bought the Mk2 for twice the price.
The Mk1 has a lower screen resolution and a slower processor but, other than that, they are virtually identical.
It is beautifully constructed, with an aluminium casing. This makes it slightly heavier than one with a plastic case but it's not excessive.
The kick stand is great for working on a desk or table.
I bought a small bluetooth keyboard for £15 from Home Bargains. I think it's plastic but looks like aluminium and matches the Lenovo well.
I've only had it a week and not used it much but I'm quite pleased with it.0 -
I'd go for the 8" Lenovo Yoga, and get a separate keyboard/case for your budget.0
