Cheap Energy Club Cashback - who pays this?

I've joined up to the cheap energy club and see that you can get up to £30 cashback, I was just wondering who pays this as there seems to be no place to enter my bank details.... does it come direct from the supplier to whom I sign up with?

You would be submitting your application via Cheap Energy Club, so they will have your bank details from that.
