UK PC Charge notice ...now DRP debt recovery letter

Have had three letters from UK PC for over stay in Mcdonalds Scotland. Have so far ignored the letters but have now been sent a Demand payment letter for £149.99. I have a week to pay this or they will recommend the creditors solicitor to take court action..how do I stand with this?

Search this forum (not the whole MSE forum!) for Scotland as a keyword & read the gazillions of other threads asking the same question even though the NEWBIES thread already covers Scotland.
