Selling an expensive second hand car on Autotrader

I was wondering whether it will be worth it trying to sell a £12000 Audi A1 with 12500 miles on Autotrader second hand? I didn't know if there was actually a buyer for an expensive second hand car. Not sure if I'm wasting my money listing it!
Thanks

If its priced well the phone might ring.
At that price point people generally want dealer facilities - trade in of their own car, finance, etc.
Hard to say.0 -
I've bought privately for a similar amount, but that was for a rare vehicle, for common cars it makes sense to get the back up that buying from a reputable dealer gives, only for a sizeable difference in price would anyone normally be interested.0

Petrol, 1.2, 13 plate, 3 door, sport, why you interested? :rotfl:
Thanks for the advice. I might give it go anyway, I will price it well it see what happens.0 -
100% yes.
12k is not expensive when it comes to motors (obviously all things are relative).
The key thing is pricing. If you are unrealistic it won't sell. If you are realistic it will sell.
Assuming its in good condition your price needs to be more than the part ex value and less than the main dealer forecourt price.
Remember the main deal forecourt price is negotiable and it would be easy to get some off it.0
