Sounds as if you've dreamt your way through most of this house buying process. Have you not checked any of the relevant documents ?0

Thanks for all your help!! I wasn't dreaming, wasn't trolling and I only saw the house on Saturday because we had been refused entry up until then.
We have been told today that due to the builders mistake we can pull out of the deal with no penalties and we get all the money back we have paid.
Annoyed because we wanted to move into a house but not when it wasn't what we paid for!0 -
