Switching to Co-op Energy cashback

The cahback link via the cheapenergy club did not work. I googled coop energy and one of the sites did not work, same error as via the link. There was a co-op link that I clicked on and managed to get through to the energy/utility section. I switched to them on Friday. Realised today that may not get the advertised cash back. I can still cancel the deal. Just checked the link again today and got the same error.

So questions are:
Will I still get cash back by going direct?
Does anyone else get the error by clicking on the link via the Cheapenergyclub?
